We always consider out-of-court restructuring for commercial borrowers, particularly where the problem is readily definable and addressable by current management and the business is willing to deal with its creditors openly, fairly, and in good faith.
We represent commercial and individual borrowers in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies and defend preference, fraudulent transfer, and lien avoidance claims by bankruptcy trustees.
We represent creditors in foreclosures, replevins, and all manner of collection efforts in Arkansas state courts. We also represent secured and unsecured creditors (including executory contract counter-parties) in local and national bankruptcy proceedings.

We can help cure title defects or meet (or remove) certain title company requirements through negotiation, documentation, and, where necessary, litigation. We can also help you find and request any necessary title company endorsements to make your title insurance policy better work for you.

We help commercial and residential contractors with a host of services from contract review and drafting to lien filing, licensing, and warranty claim defense.
