Our Past, Present and Future
Attorney Kevin P. Keech founded Keech Law Firm, PA in April 2004 after practicing commercial law for several years at one of Arkansas’ largest business law firms. Attorney A. Morgan Wyatt originally joined the firm in 2007 as a legal assistant while working toward completing her law degree.
In December 2008, having outgrown our previous location in Sherwood, we established our new home on West Commercial Drive. In 2009, attorney Stephanie Haley Williams became Of Counsel with the firm, furthering the long-term regional vision of founder Kevin Keech.
Our Values
Creativity. Technical proficiency is necessary to evaluate and solve legal problems. It is not, however, the end. A good lawyer first helps you clarify and understand your goals and objectives. Once understood, the lawyer should draw on legal training and experience to address a client’s specific and unique needs. This requires creativity and a refusal to propose a one-size-fits-all legal mentality.
Fair Dealing. We are committed to restoring civility to the legal profession. We commit to treat clients, adversaries, and fellow lawyers with respect and dignity. Just because we disagree, does not mean we must be disagreeable. In the same vein, we expect the same commitment and treatment from our clients, adversaries, and fellow lawyers. We find this commitment keeps the lines of communication open, which is often the key to solving an impasse.
Perseverance. On some occasions, agreements and legal problems can be handled with a phone call or letter. When that isn’t appropriate, you need a capable attorney committed to going the extra mile to make sure your position is clearly and ably expressed, whether in the boardroom or the courtroom.
